Modern Family actress Sarah Hyland got married to Wells Adams on August 20.

Hyland, 31, and Adams, 38, got married at Sunstone Winery near Santa Barbara, California in the US.

Sarah Hyland wore a Vera Wang couture gown for her wedding.

Sarah chose a light ivory silk faille sweetheart ballgown with a hand pleated bodice and French tulle sleeves & high slit.

The gown had delicately gathered cathedral length Italian tulle veil with hand appliqué macramé lace border.

Sarah and Wells Adam's wedding was postponed due to Covid-19 pandemic.

The couple started dating in 2017.

For the afterparty, Sarah wore another Vera Wang with a draped neckline, hand placed macramé lace, draped Italian tulle sleeves.

'Modern Family' actors Sofia Vergara, Ariel Winter, Nolan Gould, Jesse Tyler Ferguson attended the wedding.

Sofia Vergara also brought her son Manolo to the wedding. She posted wedding pics on Instagram.

Jesse Tyler Ferguson was joined by his husband Justin Mikita for the wedding.

Sofia wore a floral black and white dress for the wedding.
