Sweet Potato Hummus:
Dips That You Can Pair Your Crackers With

Method:

Scoop the flesh out of the baked sweet potatoes and place it into a food processor. Make sure the sweet potatoes are completely cooled down.

Add the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, ice cubes, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper. Pour in the olive oil while blending. Process until smooth and creamy.

Taste and season. Give the hummus a taste and add in extra salt, cumin, and/or lemon juice, if needed.

Garnish with pumpkin seeds and chopped parsley.

Serve chilled or at room temperature.
