Ram Navami 2024: Know How To Prepare Raw peanut, Broccoli, Green Chana Tikki With Caramelised Tomato Chutney

Method To Prepare:

Tikki

Mash the sweet potato and add chopped mint, coriander, chilli and spices.

Grind the peanuts, broccoli and roasted green chana and add to the sweet potato mixture.

Add the lotus seed flour and bind. Check the seasoning by adding senda namak.

Shape in round tikki’s s and coat with the lotus seed flour.

Cook in desi ghee on a flat griddle pan on medium heat on both sides till brown.

Method To Prepare:

Chutney

Roast the tomato on open fire, shock in cold water and remove the skin, keep separate.

Squeeze the juice of the tomato out and keep separate. Chop the skin and blend with sugar syrup, lemon juice and tomato juice.

Cook the tomato by pulping it and combining it with jaggery, red chilli, senda namak and white pepper powder.

Serve the kebabs hot with the two chutneys.
