Party Snacks Recipes: Know How To Prepare Whole Wheat Lemon Pesto Penne

Add water in a big pan and bring it to a boil. Add salt, 1 tsp of oil, pasta and mix well.

Cook on medium flame until the pasta gets tender approximately after 15 minutes. Drain out the water and set aside.

In a pan add the boiled pasta.

Meanwhile, add the baby broccoli to the pot of boiling water for the last 1-2 min of cooking, it should turn bright green, drain and return to the pan over medium heat.

Add the tomatoes and garlic to the pan with the pasta and baby broccoli, and sauté 1-2 min until fragrant.

Add pesto, half of the feta, and lemon juice, toss in until well combined, remove from the heat and add the basil, sprinkle with leftover feta and walnut before serving.
