Holi Special Recipe: Bhaang Ki Chutney

Ingredients:

Hemp Seeds: 50g

Green Chillies: 2

Green Coriander: 20g

Salt: 1 tsp

Lemon Juice: 2 tsp

Method:

Heat a pan over medium heat and roast the hemp seeds until they turn golden brown. Set aside to cool.

In a grinder, add green chillies, green coriander, salt, lemon juice, and the roasted hemp seeds. Grind until you get a smooth paste-like consistency.

Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl.

Bhaang ki chutney is ready to be served.
