Holi 2024: How You Can Prepare Thandai Chia Mousse On This Day

INGREDIENTS

Thandai (readymade)

10 Soaked and Peeled almonds

10g of Chia Seeds 

2 cups whipped cream

HOW TO MAKE THANDAI MOUSSE

Step 1: For the Thandai Paste, add Thandai sharbat and almonds.

Step 2: In a pan, boil milk and the prepared thandai paste. Pour this mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 3: Soak the vegetable gelatin in water for 2 minutes. Gently melt it over hot water and add it to the above-cooled mixture. Finally, add the whipped cream and soaked chia seeds, and mix thoroughly.

Step 4: Pour it into glasses and refrigerate for 3 hours. Garnish with nuts, chia seeds, and serve.
