Method To Prepare:

1. Heat ghee in a small pan or bowl until it melts and becomes warm.

2. Pour the warm ghee into the flour.

3. First mix with a spoon. Then rub and mix the ghee with the flour, with your fingertips to form a breadcrumb-like texture.

4. Add water in parts and begin to knead. The amount of water needed will depend on the quality and texture of the flour.

5. Knead the dough until it is firm and tight. Allow to rest

6. For the stuffing, cook khoya on a non-stick pan at low heat, add all ingredients, and cook till all items mix well. Now allow it to cool down.

7. Now make small balls of the dough and add stuffing inside. Place them in the gujiya moulds and press them to get the desired shape

8. Deep fry the gujiyas and soak them saffron sugar syrup.

9. Garnish with dry fruits and serve
