Know How To Prepare Pista Modak

Ingredients:

The things required are shown as above

Method:

To Prepare Pista Modak

Mix:

Grate Khoya and mix together with sugar and Elaichi powder.

Divide:

Divide the mixture into small equal sized roundels.

Chop:

Blanch Almond and Pista, deskin and fine chop both

Stuffing:

Stuff each with a pinch of dry fruit.

Give shape:

Put the stuffed roundel into modak shaped mould and set the shape.

Serve:

Take out and serve with garnish of pista and Kesar.
