Method To Prepare:

Make a batter by mixing besan and water

Dip palak patta (leaves) and kale in the besan batter nicely to cover both sides

Now deep fry this leaves and let them cool down a bit

Once cool, take a bowl and prepare the bottom layer with fried palak patta and kale leaves

For the next layer, pour some curd over them and sprinkle all the spices and chutneys to make it tangy and flavorful

For garnishing, use pomegranate and sev. Serve cold.
