No Waste Recipe: Know How To Prepare Beetroot Peel Relish

Ingredients:

Method to prepare:

Wash the beetroot peel and cut into julienne.

Heat a cooking vessel

Add oil, star anise, crushed garlic, chopped onions and cook on ow flame until translucent

Add beetroot peel, water and cook until soft and tender

Add brown sugar and mix well

Finish with grounded clove powder and mix well

Switch off the flame.

Cool and serve.
