Turmeric:

Turmeric, or 'haldi,' is one of the most revered Ayurvedic herbs. Known for its powerful anti-inflammatory properties, it’s ideal for calming irritated skin and reducing redness. Regular use of turmeric can help balance the skin tone, reduce pigmentation, and impart a natural radiance.

Neem:

Neem is a powerful purifying herb that deeply cleanses the skin, removes impurities, and helps prevent acne. Rich in antioxidants and antimicrobial compounds, neem also reduces redness and inflammation. Neem-based masks or face washes can be particularly effective for people with oily or acne-prone skin, helping to keep the skin clear, balanced, and calm.

Aloe Vera:

Aloe vera is revered in Ayurveda for its ability to hydrate and soothe. The gel from aloe vera leaves has cooling properties, which make it ideal for irritated or sun-exposed skin. It is also a natural moisturizer that locks in hydration without clogging pores, making it perfect for sensitive and dry skin types.

Ashwagandha:

Known as the 'Indian ginseng,' ashwagandha is a potent herb for rejuvenation. It boosts collagen production, which helps firm and tone the skin. Ashwagandha also contains powerful antioxidants that protect the skin from environmental stressors, which can lead to premature aging.
