Bharatiya Janata Party leader Ram Ratan cried his eyes out when he was not allowed to speak during a rally of the party in Haryana's Palwal. Ram Ratan is a Dalit leader and a former MLA, who was a part of BJP's rally. When he was not allowed to speak, he started crying on stage. Many other people seated on stage tried to calm him down but in vain
