Watch: Agitated farmer seeks loan waiver in Scindia's rally

A farmer reached Jyotiraditya Scindia's rally and asked for loan waiver. He interupts Scindia's address and seeks to waive his loan worth Rs 2 lakh, as promised by the Congress government. At this Scindia is seen assuaging him and asking him to sit.
He urges him to sit so that he would talk later but the farmer keeps asking to talk to him and keeps narrating what happened with him
