Viral Sach(09.07.2018): Two red ticks on Whatsapp message could land you in jail?

A viral message claims if two red ticks appear along with blue ticks then it means that your message has been read by the govt and found inappropriate and the Police will arrest you. Also, three blue ticks mean that govt read the message and found it ok. However, Whatsapp denied the rumour saying no data is stored on their server after the message is delivered.
