Vijender Singh is not serious about politics, says Raghav Chadha

Aam Aadmi Party candidate from South Delhi constituency Raghav Chadha is doing huge campaigning in his constituency. He thanked Arvind Kejriwal for giving an outsider the chance to enter politics.
