This is why JDU has not released manifesto till date

JDU and BJP are not on same page when it comes to Ram Mandir, Article 370. And if JDU releases its manifesto then these differences would surface. This is why JDU has not released its manifesto till date.
After three phases of elections, JDU has not released their manifesto and after fourth phase also, the manifesto is awaited.
