In a major political development, Arvind Kejriwal led Aam Aadmi Party and Rahul Gandhi led Congress are seat to join hands in Delhi for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. As per sources, AAP and Congress are set to divide 3-3 seats each of the total 7 Lok Sabha seats in Delhi. One set is likely to be left for other parties.

The decision has been made considering the performance by the two parties in 2014 elections where both parties failed to bag even one seat, and Bharatiya Janta Party swept all 7 seats.
