SC gives strict orders on severe level of air pollution

Supreme Court has given strict orders on air pollution. Principal Secretaries of Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh are summoned in court on Wednesday. State governments are asked not to let stubble burn in their respective states. If it happens then from chief secreatary to gram panchayat heads would be held responsible. Those burning stubble should be reprimanded and action should be taken against them
