A notorious criminal from Bulandshahr, Sundar, surrendered in a police station. He went to police station, surrendered and pledged that he would never commit a crime. The whole act of his was captured on camera. 
People were afraid from this criminal a lot. He used to loot people but finally he surrendered as he was afraid of being dead in a police encounter.
