A video of Uttarakhand Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Pranav Singh Champion dancing to Bollywood item songs while brandishing guns in both his hands, has gone viral on social media.
Pranav Singh, who is known for stoking several controversies in the past, had previously been suspended from the party on grounds of indiscipline and misbehaviour.
