Residents of Jaipur on Congress' minimum income guarantee scheme

ABP News talked to the residents of Jaipur on what they have to say on Rahul Gandhi's minimum income guarantee scheme. Most of them said that this is another tactics of Congress party to woo the voters. It has nothing to do for the welfare of people.
