RBI’s new ‘Greenish Yellow’ Rs 20 denomination notes

The Reserve Bank of India announced that they will shortly issue Rs. 20 denomination banknotes in the Mahatma Gandhi (New) Series. The new notes will bear the signature of Shri Shaktikanta Das, Governor, Reserve Bank of India.
The RBI also informed that all the banknotes in the denomination of ₹ 20 issued by the Reserve Bank in the earlier series will continue to be legal tender.
