Rahul Gandhi promises complete exemption to young entrepreneurs for 3 years

Congress President Rahul Gandhi in Jaipur rally promised that for three years Congress party is going to give young entrepreneurs complete exemption. 
He said, "After 2019 for 3 years Congress party is going to give young entrepreneurs complete exemption, for 3 years you won't need to take any permission from the government. You can file for the permissions you need after 3 years."
