Known as the “Modi of Odisha", MP Pratap Chandra Sarangi praised PM Narendra Modi' speech in Lok Sabha.
He said,"The Prime Minister's speech was inspirational. The Prime Minister also spoke on the Emergency which is true. Emergency is a dark chapter of our country."
