People stand in long queues to vote in Bihar's Araria

Polling began in the third phase of the ongoing elections began on Tuesday, April 23, in as many as 117 Lok Sabha constituencies spread across 13 states and 2 Union Territories. Among the key contestants in the fray are Bharatiya Janata Party chief Amit Shah (Gandhinagar, Gujarat), Congress president Rahul Gandhi (Wayanad, Kerala), and Samajwadi Party patron Mulayam Singh Yadav (Mainpuri, UP).
