Will Taliban intensify war against Panjshir?

With the exit of US Forces, the Taliban has become all-powerful. They are seen celebrating with aerial gunshots, by piloting helicopters etc. The only question amid all this is if the Taliban will intensify the fight against Panjshir as well. Time will tell if Panjshir will enter into some kind of agreement with the Taliban or fight against them.
