Know which countries will help Afghanistan crawl out of poverty

Afghanistan has been suffering since Taliban rule. The people are poverty-stricken and homeless. Amid the troubles, many countries have pledged to help Afghanistan. These countries include USA, India to name a few. But the major question is if all of this help will pull out Afghanistan from the poverty horror or not?
