Has Russia developed Coronavirus vaccine?

Avifavir, is the name of the drug which is claimed to be a cure for the deadly Coronavirus. The vaccine has been made by Russia. 

On the other hand, it is being claimed that the deadly Coronavirus is getting weaker by the day in India. The recovery rate in India has been increasing. This is why it is being told that Coronavirus may be becoming weaker. China's Wuhan did not witness even one positive case of Coronavirus on Monday whereas Italy has been claiming that the novel COVID-19 did not exist in the country anymore
