Has Israel found a cure for Coronavirus?

Israel has claimed that it has found an antibody for deadly Coronavirus in its main biological research lab. It is being called as a "significant breakthrough" towards a probable treatment of deadly Coronavirus. The antibody is called as the "monoclonal neutralising antibody" and is capable of neutralising the coronavirus inside bodies. The Defence Minister os Israel Naftali Bennett said in a statement released by him.
