The Uddhav Thackeray-led Maha Vikas Aghadi govt of the Shiv Sena-NCP-Congress alliance passed the floor test in the Maharashtra Assembly on Saturday.
The BJP, with 105 MLAs, staged a walkout before the headcount of members began in the 288-member House.
Those who abstained, included the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena and the Communist Party of India (M) with one legislator each, and the All India Majlis Ittehadul-e-Muslimeen with two legislators.
