Why is Ration scheme in Delhi being politicised?

In a press conference this morning, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal directly targeted the Prime Minister and said, the Center has suddenly stopped the Ghar-Ghar Ration scheme in Delhi. A few hours after the Chief Minister's allegation, the BJP held a press conference at the Delhi BJP office and made a flurry of allegations against the Aam Aadmi Party.
