Why is BJP demanding action against Nana Patole?

 The problems of Nana Patole , President of the Maharashtra unit of Congress may increase. BJP leader Ram Kadam said, ' Maharashtra Home Minister and DG Police should immediately register an FIR against Congress' Nana Patole . His place is not among the people but behind the bars. Patole in his clarification has said that he was talking about a local goon named Modi.
