Want open discussion on every topic: PM Modi

PM Modi before heading for the Parliament's Winter Session said that last session was successful because of opposition's support. In this session also hope for the same support and want an open discussion with healthy debates on every topic. He also thanked the members of Parliament for their active and positive support. Winter session of Parliament begins today. This is the last Parliament session of 2019.
