Upendra Kushwaha on CM Nitish not congratulating RCP Singh: 'Need not see it from other perspective'

Defending the Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, JDU's Upendra Kushwaha while talking to ABP News said that it is not necessary for Kumar to congratulate RCP Singh for joining the Modi Government 2.0 cabinet. He added, that, it is not necessary for the CM to tweet in every matter.
