Arbaaz was one of the main suspects in Umesh Pal's murder, and he was one of the most important witnesses in the Raju Pal case. "Accused Arbaaz was shot during the encounter that took place near Nehru Park in Dhoomanganj, Prayagraj earlier today. On the day of the incident, he was driving the car that was used for murder & that he also fired upon," said ADG law & order Prashant Kumar.
