Trying to convince protesters since they had no permission: DCP Central

DCP Central Delhi MS Randhawa told ABP News that the protestors had no permission of the protest so they are trying to convince them to go to place where hunger strike is being carried on. They are breaking the law by carrying burning torch during the protest.
