Tribute to Balasaheb Thackeray before alliance formation

Before the formation of any alliance for new government in Maharashtra, leaders from NCP and Shiv Sena paid their tribute to Balasaheb Thackeray in Shivaji park. Bal Thackeray started his career as a cartoonist. While this ceremony leaders from BJP were not present. This has happened for the first time that BJP-Sena are not together on such a big day. This happened after the fallout between BJP and Shiv Sena. Rather this time Sena was present with NCP.
