In Delhi's Tilak Nagar, the stalker, Shivam would constantly follow a girl studying in 12th standard. She would avoid him and walk away, he refused to understand that she was uncomfortable and kept making his advances. He was infuriated that she did not reciprocate his fascination towards her so he brutally killed her in broad daylight.
The victim is currently in the ICU whereas the culprit is in hideout.
