"The migrants are moving in large numbers. Their statements show that the system has failed, all the governments have failed. We are making all the arrangements for their stay, food and jobs (in Delhi). I urge all the migrants in Delhi to stay," Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal said in a media briefing on Sunday.
