Senior citizens to face trouble in getting TDS claim due to non-submission of ITR?

Most of the senior citizens are not happy over not filing income tax returns. There are many elderly people who are not fully aware of the discounts given to citizens above 75+ at present. Will it now be difficult for people to take a TDS claim?
