Samvidhan Diwas | Know why Congress & AAP will not attend today's program

The program organized in Parliament will start from 11 am. The program will be held in the Central Hall of the Parliament House. The program will be addressed by the President, Vice President, Prime Minister and Speaker of the Lok Sabha. However, Congress and AAP have decided not to attend this program.
