Protest against CAA in several states, 6 states deny to implement the act

As West Bengal saw widespread violence over protests against the new citizenship law and the NRC, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Saturday appealed to people to use democratic means of protest and warned that action would be taken against those taking law into their hands.
The railway authorities on Saturday cancelled several trains running through Odisha due to protest against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA).
