Police denies entry of vehicles without pass in Noida

Police says that only essential services are allowed to enter Noida and no one else. Following this, there is a heavy jam. Only those with emergency passes apart from essential services are allowed to enter Noida. Except for these, rest everyone is asked to return to the state.
