PM Modi defends govt over CAA in Kolkata

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday interacted with youths at Kolkata's Belur Math and explained the provisons of the Citizenship Amendment Act. He not only provided clarification in the favour of the law, but also slammed the opposition leaders for trying to create a misconception around the subject. He stated that the law aims to provide citizenship to people, and not snatch it.
