PM Modi appreciates those celebrating festivals indoors

''People have changed the way to celebrate festivals. We had a lot of festivals recently and people stayed indoors and celebrated with great simplicity keeping the society in mind. Rules of lockdown were followed. People were obedient and vigilant'', says PM Narendra Modi in Mann Ki Baat.
