Param Bir Singh's arrest should be put on hold for now: Supreme Court

Supreme Court has agreed to hear Param Bir Singh's plea and issued notice to the Maharashtra government and CBI & posts the matter for hearing on December 6. The Supreme Court on Monday granted protection from arrest to former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh in cases against him in Maharashtra and directed him to join the investigation.
