Param Bir Singh plea hearing: Know what SC can ask

The petition filed by Ex Mumbai Police Commissioner claimed that Anil Deshmukh was constantly involved in extortion while holding the post of Home Minister.  He has also demanded a ban on the notification of himself being transferred from the post of Police Commissioner. Today, this matter will be taken up in the bench of Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul and R. Subhash Reddy.
