Param Bir Singh applies for quashing of order declaring him a fugitive

Former Police Commissioner of Mumbai Police, Parambir Singh, trapped in the extortion case, has applied for cancellation of the order declaring himself a fugitive in the fort court. The same court declared him a fugitive. Yesterday he reached Mumbai.
