Oxygen crisis: 551 Oxygen Generation Plants to be set up across India

In order to increase the availability of oxygen in hospitals, in-principle approval has been given for the establishment of 551 dedicated Medical Oxygen Generation Plant on the direction of PM Modi. The PM has directed that these plants should be started as soon as possible. These plants will give a major boost to the availability of oxygen at the district level. Fund for this will be given from PM Care
