Oxygen Concentrator racket: When will mastermind Kalra get arrested?

The mastermind of the oxygen concentrator racket in Delhi, Navneet Kalra is still absconding. The investigation has been handed-over to the Crime Branch. The Delhi Police is being questioned since the matter came into the light. Significantly, Delhi Police seized 96 oxygen concentrators from Khan Market in Delhi. These were hidden in the Khan Chacha restaurant.
